1991-2011: Already 20!
Over its 20 years in existence, the Paris-based VSE Ubiqus, which specialises in report writing, has quietly grown into an international corporation generating nearly EUR 55 million in turnover and providing a dozen different services across seven countries.  Accustomed to working away from the limelight, the Company has now broken ties with its traditional discretion: “The events are our customers’ time to shine – we would rather be recognised for the quality of our services and delivery.  As a matter of fact, many of our new customers come to us through word of mouth”, states Vincent Nguyen, Group CEO.

20 years of unflagging growth
Discretion does not preclude ambition, however – quite to the contrary.  Over two decades, the Group has impressively extended its reach, both through dynamic sales and external growth, as a result of some fifteen take-overs.
Each acquisition has helped the Company build up a specific core business: the most well-known is writing, but Ubiqus also works in translation, badges and electronic voting systems,and, in more recent times, web marketing.

Ubiqus on the Canadian trail
Three years after acquiring TECTRAD, an agency specialising in legal and financial translation, Ubiqus Group continues its expansion in the field of translation, but this time abroad.

Ubiqus to take-over Gamma Inc in Ottawa, Canada
Gamma is a translation company with nearly 40 years of history behind it, primarily serving the Canadian government and public organisations.
In line with traditional  policy, Ubiqus has maintained Gamma’s current management team in its entirety and will rely on the team to boost the current USD 7 million in annual turnover.

This latest acquisition will help boost the presence of Ubiqus Group in North America, and support the Group’s two subsidiaries already present in the United States (in New York and Irvine, California).
With this move, Ubiqus intends to consolidate its future and hopes for at least another 20 years of leaps and bounds!
