Companies with ISO standards are required to apply for re-certification each year. This month, it was time for Ubiqus UK to ensure our quality standards remained at the level required by ISO 9001:2008.
And the answer was… YES!
We successfully passed the renewal exam, receiving ‘good’ or ‘very good’ comments in all areas of our quality management.
“Providing the highest quality, most professional services possible to our clients has always been our goal; our ISO 9001:2008 certification renewal demonstrates that we take this goal seriously and are committed to continuously improving our services,” said Laurent Decaudaveine, Ubiqus MD.*
What is ISO?
ISO 9001:2008 is a quality management system standard that was developed by the International Organization for Standardization, which is an association of governmental and non-governmental organizations from many countries. The ISO 9001:2008 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process-based approach.
